Rose Reid is the host and executive producer of The Women, a co-production with iHeartRadio, interviewing women you may already know and those you should. Season 1 featured 26 episodes, including conversations with Katie Couric, Stacey Abrams, and Valerie Plame. Every episode is an intimate conversation deconstructing pivotal moments in the guests' personal & professional lives - there were tears, some singalongs, and the occasional crass moment. Marie Claire Magazine selected The Women’s COVID-19 episode featured on Science Vs. as one of the "ten podcast episodes to make sense of the Coronavirus."

Rose honed her production skills at Ogilvy & Mather and Gimlet Media, and founded A.R.C in 2016. Her podcast production company has partnered with top-tier brands to launch new shows and docuseries for Amazon, Coca-Cola, Ernst & Young, LIVELY, and Dean & DeLuca.
